This hotel is in a good location about a 10-15 minute walk to the Rundle Mall and a 10-15 minute walk to the Adelaide Central Market. We were very impressed with the service. The young man on reception was super helpful and helped us move our mountains of luggage because we could not park in the loading zone in front of the hotel. There was also a daily housekeeping service which is now a rarity since the Covid pandemic. However, we felt that our deluxe corner room had a budget chain hotel feel. The room was really spacious with a super comfortable bed and large flat screen TV, but apart from our bedside tables and a low coffee table, there was just nowhere for us to put our things. We really would have appreciated a workspace/desk for our laptop and for charging our mobile phones. This would not be a suitable room for a business traveller! The helpful young man on reception did organise for a small table to be sent up to our room, but it wasn’t ideal.

Sporting a long hallway that turned a corner before entering the main part of the room, the room felt very big and fancy! And it was very clean. Bed was big and comfy. The TV was also massive and had lots of options. Bathroom was very clean and bougey, with a large shower. The room has a kettle and a coffee pod machine, plenty of space to hang clothes and a full length mirror. All you needed. Not much of a view but great natural light from the large windows nonetheless. The gym was decently sized and although we didn't get to use it, there is a nice area to sit down by their Cafe to enjoy a coffee or a read. Good location, about a 20 drive from Glenelg Beach. Staff was very lovely and helpful. Such a steal for the price. Really wish we'd stayed longer!

I loved the modern decor, very clean rooms, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom and the well considered extras in the room like a wardrobe rail and space for luggage up off the floor. Light switches on the bed head, low light options in the bedrooms and additional lighting in the bathroom near the mirror are handy features. The large TV with Fox TV options made my stay enjoyable, especially because I was confined to my room while unwell for 7 days. The bar fridge with mini freezer was very handy for keeping extra meals and snacks. The games room, business centre, bar and gym are great options for any traveller. The toiletries supplied in the bathroom smell divine with a spicy fragrance. They can also be purchased which is a great option.

Good location if you are ok to walk 15 minutes plus or catch a bus to get to the city or main attractions, however there are quite a few places to eat within a shorter walking distance of a couple of minutes. Our rooms were spotless and maintained daily and comfortable with the added bonus of a coffee machine and foxtel which we appreciated when we were resting. The hotel also has a games room and library, which my adult sons visited, as well as a gym and a cafe which we did not get time to try, so plenty of onsite facilities. We were happy with the attitude of all the staff we encountered. I thought the overall experience was positive and great value for money and will return if I am in the area.

We had our flights cancelled and found this hotel at the last minute. Almost everywhere else had doubled in price due to the weekend but this was affordable and easy to book, check in and get to/from. The staff were really friendly and the room was more than enough for one night. In fact, it had the most comfortable bed that I would have happily stayed longer. It was a quieter area yet easy walking distance/public transport to wherever you wanted to go into the city, airport and beyond.
